Britt adventure began when he met with Kato (Jay Chou), his late father's one of the employees who have unique interests. Kato had a hobby of making powerful weapon which later would become a weapon duo Green Hornet and Kato. Armed with these weapons the Green Hornet and Kato fight against injustice is happening around them.
In a short time, these two evil exterminator so conversation everywhere. The criminals tremble to hear their names while the police was 'disturbed' by the emergence of two masked men who seemed to embarrass them as law enforcement.
